Loyalty: Blood will always be thicker than water and so to shall it be when it comes to your loyalties. Family should come before all others. Also it is important to give loyalty to your employers, having a sharp tongue and speaking ill of your boss/boss's makes you a gossiper and a snake in the grass. Have respect for your fellow employees as you work together as a team to make the workplace run more efficiently. Last but not least be loyal to your friends. Do not spend time in idle chat where sharp tongues are employed. Talking ill of a friend makes you look bad and you are automatically put into the category of snake and you are not a true friend.
Duty: Always be up to the task at hand. If you schedule yourself to complete a task or your employer schedules you to take on extra duty, do it without hesitation and you will begin to rise in the ladder. Your boss will appreciate the hard work that you do. Also fulfill your familial duties. Duty to family shall always come before anything. Your family will appreciate all that you do for them and this is the most noble of all things.
Valor: In all situations be brave, stand firm like a mountain, show courage in the face of any obstacle. When faced with certain death do not hesitate, it is an honor to give ones life for the life of another, and your name will live on in the pages of history. Never be shaken no matter what the situation. But do not be boastful. Have pride but do not be prideful, show no weakness, but show mercy if your opponent begs for it.
